Good location, familiar area. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet at night. Efficient laundry machines. Free 2-liter water daily. Effective refrigerator

This hotel is conveniently located close to a monorail station for quick access to the airport and a local supermarket. the staff is very polite and helpful. the soundproof rooms offer a comfortable stay with efficient laundry machines and a refrigerator. Free water is also a plus.
The hotel suffers from a few issues, such as a limited breakfast menu and dirty cups and glasses.

During our Xmas stay, the breakfast was a great value for money with a variety of traditional Japanese breakfast dishes and normal coffee. the hotel was located conveniently in an area with good restaurants and stores. the free wifi was fast and helpful to stay connected with our loved ones back home.
The room and bathroom were small with old and malfunctioning washlet. on our first night, it was quite difficult to access the hotel as all glass doors were closed and only the smoking area door was opened without any sign or light.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. They could speak multiple languages, including Mandarin, which was a great help. The hotel was always quiet at night, and the rooms were fantastic. They were soundproof, and we hardly heard any sounds from the room next door. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, laundry machines, and daily 2-liter water were all fantastic amenities. Finally, the hotel's location near a Japanese restaurant, drug store, Family mart convenience store, and a monorail station made our stay even more comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and always happy to help. The room itself was soundproof which made it easy for me to get a good night’s sleep. Plus, they offered free laundry machines which was super convenient!
The glasses and cups in the room weren’t replaced or cleaned daily, which was a bit of a downside. the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
